"Humes Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Ram can always get you in
really promptly. If there is an issue with the car that comes up, they are
very courteous about doing you first if you need to get out or need the car
back. If it is a maintenance kind of thing, they can usually have you within a
week and have you in and out in prompt time, they have a courtesy car that they
are willing to drop you off and pick you up, they tell you what is wrong with your
car, they give you different options and if it is an expensive fix, they will
tell you if it is worth it or not. I have even taken cars in there that they
can't fix because they didn't figure out what the issue was and they wouldn't
even charge me for it because they couldn't fix it even though they spent time
on it. They are very friendly."
