2013 Chrysler 300 Glacier Debuts With Two-Tone Option

The 2013 Chrysler 300 Glacier edition debuted on Friday with an unusual feature — an optional $1,500 black painted roof.

Prices start at $37,840, including a $995 destination charge, reflecting a $6,850 premium over the base 2013 Chrysler 300.

The 2013 Chrysler 300 Glacier is on sale now. It is a midrange model priced between the base 2013 Chrysler 300 and the top-of-the-line Chrysler 300 SRT8. The base 2013 Chrysler 300 starts at $30,990, including shipping.

Exterior paint colors for the special model include Bright White, Billet Silver Metallic and Glacier Blue Pearl Coat.

Special features of the Chrysler 300 Glacier include unique body-color fascia accents, along with gloss black mirrors, headlamp bezels and Black Chrome sculpted horizontal grille blades. It also gets unique 19-inch eight-spoke aluminum wheels in Satin Carbon.

The cabin features piano black on the center stack, instrument panel, steering wheel, gauge cluster and door panel elements. Black floor mats with black velour binding and the Glacier logo round out the package.

Power for the Chrysler Glacier comes from a 300-horsepower 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine linked to an eight-speed transmission.
